Shipping Policy

• In-stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10–14 business days; items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4–8 weeks.
  
• Backordered items: We’ll email you an estimated ship window and keep you posted if schedules change.
  
• Made-to-order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4–6 weeks.
  

Delivery Methods

• Curbside Delivery: Orders over $1,500 receive free curbside delivery.
  
• White-Glove Delivery (when available): Delivery to room of choice with light assembly and packaging removal, is available to select at check-out for an additional $249.
